SUBMISSION OF RECORDINGS AND SCORES
All participants will have the opportunity, if they choose, to perform
or to have their compositions given readings during the festival. In
order to make plans for possible chamber combinations and to match
performers with composition we request the following information from
applicants:
Instrumentalist/Vocalists
– Recording Submission
Each applicant may submit a tape or CD, demonstrating current level
of ability; all applicants should submit a list of current repertoire
signed by their current instrumental or vocal instructor.
Composers – Score Submission
Composers are asked to submit one score of a solo or any chamber combination
of violin, flute, cello, clarinet, bassoon, horn, and piano. For questions
concerning submission guidelines, please email: director@belvederfestival.org
or call 901-278-2699. Scores may also be submitted electronically,
in .pdf form to director@belvederefestival.org.
FEES
The festival stipend is $200. It includes all festival activities,
concerts and lunches Wednesday through Saturday. Make checks payable
to: Luna Nova Music. Participants canceling before June 10 will receive
a $150 refund. No refunds will be given for cancellations after June
10.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
The workshop is non-residential. Participants from outside of Memphis
should consult www.belvederefestival.org/travel.html for travel directions
and lists of nearby hotels.
All enrolled participants will receive written confirmation and further
workshop/program information.I agree with the above terms and conditions.
